A New Option

Many of the gels and chews that that you have tried in the past are effective and flavorful, but our bet is that you are looking for a true alternative to the maltodextrin-based nutrition products that you have purchased in the past.

Released Energy

Our products consist of a select group of special ingredients. The result provides a mix of natural sugars and soluble fiber that does not burn off or digest quickly but is still easy on your stomach. Sustained Hydration

Chia is a staple in our products. Since these little seeds can absorb nine times their weight in water, they gel up. This gel won’t pass through you as quickly as water or sports drink will. The result is more sustained hydration than you will get from other products.

Natural Electrolytes

We don’t add any chemically produced ingredients to our products in order to increase the electrolyte content. Coconut water and fruit juice powders provide an electrolyte combo that is similar to the leading electrolyte tablets.

Smurf Boy – River Legacy Park, July 13, 2013

Dusty and hot, River Legacy Park proved to be another fast and nimble course for our largest racing turnout to date! We entered 4 pairings for the Team Open category and our first Solo entries. We definitely upped the anti in the Team cat, and turned it out with an awesome performance from our Solo entries. Martin House Brewing, Co. and Beard Head provided samples for everyone to enjoy! It was a great day for the Bearded Women Racing team. The next and last race of the series will be July 27th at Cedar Hill State Park in Cedar Hill, TX. DORBA LB Houston Workday, July 13th

Bearded Women always give back to their communities. It’s part of our mission and equally important to our racing. Here’s a great opportunity to give back to the sport of mountain biking in North Texas this coming Saturday, July 13th from 8:00 AM – Noon!

With the help of our lovely Elva Esparza and her love for DORBA, Progressive Insurance wants to help DORBA out at one of our trails. 🙂

Progressive will have 20+ helpers with us and will be providing lunch (food and drinks) for all volunteers.

Please come join hands with Progressive in helping our trails be that much more awesome. Bring gloves and any loppers or trimmers that you might have, eye protection and dress appropriately (you might want to wear light long sleeves or pants for the overgrowth scrapes)
We will be trimming back the spring growth to keep the trail safe and enjoyable for all.

ALSO-there will be a fun ride from 2-4pm, the Progressive crew has been encouraged to bring bikes and helmets to be introduced into the fun that is mt biking 🙂 RSVP Here!
